Which materials do you use to craft your jewellery?

For most of our products, we use pure 925 Silver which has a purity stamp.

For some products, we use our specially formulated alloy, which consists of silver, brass, and other recyclable materials depending upon the product. We have mentioned all the details of materials used on the product page itself.

All our products are nickel-free and coated with 18k Vermeil, which is our special process for Gold Plating in 18k White/Yellow/Rose Gold (this coating is 50% thicker than traditional gold-plated pieces, keeping it beautiful for years to come).

What do you mean by 18k Gold Plating/Vermeil?

Gold Plating/Vermeil is a type of process which is done on top of the jewellery piece to give its lustre and durability. Having 18k Gold as its main component, it gives your jewellery long life before it starts to tarnish/oxidise.

What is better Crystals or Cubic Zirconia?

Swarovski crystals are cheaper than Cubic Zirconia. This is due to the complicated manufacturing process and materials used in CZ. It's also worth noting that CZ is more durable than Swarovski Crystals and can be cut with more facets, offering a better light refraction than Swarovski crystals.

Will my finger turn green?

Any jewellery made with copper such as Sterling Silver and Rosé Gold items can tarnish slightly over time, however, for many people, this is outweighed by the beautiful properties of natural metals. This means the finish can potentially leave behind a surface mark on the skin when worn. This coloration easily washes off with warm water and a mild soap. If you do see a slight blackening in your piece it is nothing to be alarmed about and the ring can easily be brought right back to its shining self with a jewellery polishing cloth. Any side effect caused by the natural properties found in our jewellery is temporary, unavoidable and not valid for a refund.

What stones do you offer?

We have a stunning selection of gemstones each with their own magical properties and unique beauty. We offer the following genuine stones: Rainbow Moonstone, Rose Quartz, Labradorite, Diamonds, White Topaz, Turquoise, a range of Raw Cut Crystals and authentic Opal. Cubic Zirconia also accompanies most of our pieces. Please refer to the individual product descriptions for more detail.

Do your products tarnish or oxidise?

Yes, depending upon the selection of your product and its use, some items may tarnish or oxidise (in case of silver jewellery) over a period of time. For more information, please visit our Jewellery Care page.

Do you use nickel in your products?

No, we do not use nickel in any of our products.

ORDERING

Can I update/cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can. Please reach out to us at support@orionzjewels.com or call us on +91-9821530396 as soon as possible, and we will try our best to update/cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, then we will be unable to cancel or update it.

Please note that orders for customised pieces cannot be cancelled.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number which you can check on our courier partner’s website or alternatively you can contact our customer support on support@orionzjewels.com

Are your prices inclusive of all taxes and GST?

Yes! We hate hidden costs as much as you do. All prices mentioned on our product pages are inclusive of all local taxes including GST.

Is my information secure?

What forms of payment do you accept?

Online: We accept all major credit/debit cards through our online payment gateway. NEFT/RTGS bank transfers are also possible.Offline: We accept cheque/DD and cash deposits as well. Please contact us on support@orionzjewels.com or call us at +91-9821530396 for further details.

Cash on Delivery: We also offer cash on delivery; however, this is available on select pin codes and for transactions up to Rs.49,999. You may check if your pin code is eligible for COD at check-out.

Please note, Cash on Delivery is not applicable for customised jewellery.

Do you provide Cash on Delivery?

Yes, we provide Cash on Delivery on orders up to Rs. 49,999. The amount can be paid to the courier person at the time of delivery. It may so happen that our logistics partner is unable to offer Cash on Delivery for certain locations.

Be sure to check if Cash on Delivery is available in your area by entering your pin code in the designated box at checkout.

What are my gift note options?

When placing your order, check for the box of Gift Note options to include an optional gift message. Your gift purchase will arrive in our signature box and packaging, tied with a ORIONZ White & Gold ribbon and will include a gift card if you have provided a message.

What is your Coupons Codes Policy?

All products on sale or using any discount code are non-refundable/exchangeable.

In case of any manufacturing defect, we shall exchange the productf you.

SHIPPING

When will my ORIONZ order arrive?

All non customised orders usually ship within 1-3 business days after order placement.

All custom orders usually ship within 7-10 business days after order placement.

Once shipped, you can expect your order to reach you within 2-7 business days in India and in 15-21 working days for International Orders.

How do you deliver my ORIONZ package?

We work with internationally trusted logistic partners who specialise in shipping high end fashion jewellery.

In case you believe your package has been tampered with, please make sure you immediately take a photograph of the same and get in touch with our customer service team on support@orionzjewels.com or call us on +91-9821530396.

Where do you ship?

We ship Worldwide!

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within India. For Cash on Delivery orders within India, we charge a nominal fee which is calculated at checkout.

We also Ship Internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on your country.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally.

For our International customers, after your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered via the following carrier.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within India. For Cash on Delivery orders within India, we charge a nominal fee which is calculated at checkout.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Please note, if the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to change the address.

Do I pay Customs Fees?

Normally orders using standard shipping will not be charged a customs fee. Express delivery services usually require a customs fee.

However, whilst we try to minimise customs fees for our customers, this is out of our control and varies from country to country.

If you have concerns, please drop us a mail at support@orionzjewels.com after you place your order with your order number (within 12 hours), and we will try our best to minimise the customs fee.

Is my ORIONZ order insured?

Yes. All our products are fully insured until delivered to our customers.

Do you offer engraving?

Yes ofcourse! You can add a personal touch to all rings. We use Times New Roman for all our engravings.

For engravable products, you will see an ‘engrave’ field on the product page. Our engravers will choose the most suitable place for your inscription.

What is your gift exchange/return policy?

We are happy to accommodate gift exchanges!

Unfortunately, we are unable to give a refund for a gift item.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes we do!

Shopping for someone else can be confusing and we totally understand if you would rather have your loved one pick their gift out themselves! Simply select and prepay your preferred amount, and the recipient can redeem it for merchandise up to the prepaid value at www.orionzjewels.com. It may not be redeemed for cash.

Are the gift cards digital? Or can i receive a physical gift card?

We offer both physical and digital gift cards for you to gift to those far and near.

Can I add a gift message?

Of course! Whether you choose a physical or digital gift card there is a field to enter a message on the cart page. Your message will be beautifully handwritten on a card to add that personal touch.

Do you offer special gift packaging?

Each ORIONZ piece comes beautifully packed in our signature pouches and gift boxes, because whether you are buying it for yourself or someone else, it is something special just the same!

How do I redeem my Gift Card?

You can redeem the gift card by getting in touch with us on support@orionzjewels.com or +91-9821530396.

For online purchases, proceed through the checkout as usual, but when asked for your payment method, enter your Gift Card number in the field labeled ‘Discount Code’.

The total for your purchase, plus tax, will be deducted from the value of the card. If the balance on your gift card is less than the total, you will have to pay the difference.

What if the item I choose is not the same value as my gift card?

In case the value of the item you choose is higher than the value of the gift card, you will have to pay the difference between the product chosen and gift card amount. In case the value of the item you choose is lower than the value of the gift card, the difference will be given to you as another discount code towards future purchases. We will email you with the new code within 48 hours.

Does the gift card expire?

ORIONZ gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue!

If a gift card is lost or stolen, can it be replaced?

Yes, ofcourse! Please contact us onsupport@orionzjewels.comor +91-9821530396 with your gift card code or order number and Gift Givers name. We will cancel the code and send you a new one.
