ORIONZ offers a hassle-free 7 Days Return Policy & 15 Days Exchange Policy.
7 Days Return/Money Back Policy
- All silver products are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product for unworn/unused products. This is not applicable for any customised/personalised/engraved/gold products. Any signs of wear or tampering with the product will make it ineligible for exchange or return.
- We do not offer Refunds or Returns on Customised items, Personalised items, Sale items, Discounted items and Free Gifts unless there is a product defect.
- We are also unable to refund any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweller.
- Once the return is processed, you can go for refund or store credit.
- Return shipping charges under the 7 Days Return Policy shall be borne by the customer.
- ORIONZ is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.
- 7 Day Return Policy is not applicable on orders that have been exchanged earlier under the 15 Day Exchange Policy.
- This feature is not available for international orders (orders that will be shipped abroad from India).
15 Days Exchange Policy
- All silver products are eligible for exchange within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product for unworn/unused products. This is not applicable for any customised/personalised/engraved/gold products. Any signs of wear or tampering with the product will make it ineligible for exchange or return.
- We do not offer Exchanges on Personalised items, Sale items, Discounted items and Free Gifts unless there is a product defect.
- We are also unable to exchange any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweller.
- In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a store credit for future purchases.
- ORIONZ is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.
- Shipping charges under the 15 Days Exchange Policy shall be borne by the customer.
- We cover one way shipping charges only for the first exchange. For any subsequent exchanges on same order, customer will have to pay additional shipping charges.
- Please note in some locations, it may so happen that our logistic partners do not offer a reverse pick up. In such a case, you will have to arrange for the shipment of ORIONZ product in a sealed box including tracking details. Please get in touch with us to provide you with a return address.
- This feature is not available for international orders (orders that will be shipped abroad from India).
While we really want to be generous and fair to our customers, we have seen some misuse of this policy whereby people have used the products and then returned them to claim their money back. So to prevent any such misuse, we will assess each piece at our discretion and process refund accordingly. You will either get the products refunded, repaired, replaced or store credit as mentioned above.
How to Return or Exchange?
While returning the product, please ensure that it is packed in the original packaging with the ORIONZ box and pouch and is accompanied by the original invoice and quality certificate.
We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during return transit. Please note that all products on sale or using any discount code, are non-refundable/exchangeable. The offer coupon is only valid once, and doesn’t apply on the exchange of any product.
The refund/exchange will be processed only once we have received the piece and it has been inspected by our QA department. If the product passes QA, you can expect a refund/exchange within 15 days.

Faulty Goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit only, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.
We offer free returns within 7 days for products that are received broken. After 7 days, returns maybe charged for broken items.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. For all faulty items outside of our Returns Policy, please contact repairs@orionzjewels.com.
Under our Sustainable Jewellery initiative, we provide repairs for all our products for lifetime on chargeable basis.
Colours
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on ORIONZ website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
