EXCHANGE & BUY BACK

We offer Lifetime Exchange & Buy Back on all purchases* made from ORIONZ within India. You may avail Lifetime Exchange & Buy Back by presenting your purchase at a store or raising a request online. The exchange/buyback value will be calculated as per the current market value on the day request is raised.

₹ 500 processing charges for shipping and handling, along with any applicable deductions as mentioned below, will be applicable if it is initiated online. If the product is handed over at the store, ₹ 500/- processing charges will not be applicable.

If you received a discount or any gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the equivalent value, as applicable.

 

Lifetime Exchange

If you choose to avail the offer, the final exchange value will be loaded as ORIONZ Credits in your gift card after Quality Check (QC). Credits will remain valid for 365 days and can be used to purchase jewellery (except Coins and Solitaires) with us. You cannot encash the amount.

 

 

Note:

1. After your request is raised, we will email you the valuation within 7 working days. You will get 7 days after receiving the valuation to approve or reject the calculation. Once you accept the valuation, the amount will be refunded to your ORIONZ account. In case of non-approval beyond 7 days, the amount will be auto-refunded to your ORIONZ account. In case of rejection, we will ship the jewellery back to you.
2. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the exchange/buyback amount of the product.
3. For ORIONZ products not bought from ORIONZ Stores/Website(www.orionzjewels.com)/App an additional deduction of 5% would be charged over and above the above-mentioned policy.
4. ORIONZ products bought from non-ORIONZ offline stores will not be eligible for exchange/buyback.
5. Lifetime Exchange & Lifetime Buy Back Policy is not applicable on International Orders.
